Dusting Off my Shutter

It feels like it's been forever but finally we're enjoying warm weather again! Its a late spring this year; it was just this morning that I noticed that familiar spring-green appearance on the tops of our bare trees and I'm sure the next time I look up we'll be in full bloom!

Speaking of full bloom, my little Lilly is already 6 months old! It's hard to believe that half a year (and half of my maternity leave...) has already flown by. But truth be told it's not a bad season for her to turn this milestone corner. Now that she's on more of a routine and starting some solid foods, it means I can have a little more freedom (*happy dance*)! And this means I'm going to start opening up my calendar a little with the goal of just a few family or couples shoots a month to get things going again! My shutter has gotten a bit dusty over the last six months so it's time to get back out and rediscover what I love about photography, preferably in the beauty that is natural light!
